Martell XO 70cl

Van de oudste van de bekende Cognac handelshuizen is dit een assemblage van Cognac uit de Grande Champagne en Borderie. Eerbetoon aan de oprichter, de Engelsman Jean Martell, die in 1715 naar Frankrijk kwam en begon met een handel in Cognac. Naast de Grande Champagne, die de Cognac veel zachtheid geeft, gebruikt Martell graag Borderie Cognac in hun assemblages, die veel kracht en body geeft. De XO is hiervan een prachtig voorbeeld. Een subtiele mix van fruit, kruiden en noten.
