Macallan - 2003 Speymalt 70cl

De Speymalt 2003 is niet gebotteld door Macallan zelf, maar door Gordon & MacPhail ; een onafhankelijke bottelaar uit de Schotse Speyside. Zij kopen spirituit de ketels van Macallan en laten dat op eigen, in dit geval ‘refill’ sherryvaten, rijpen in hun warehouses in Elgin. De whisky van Macallan is herkenbaar aan het stevige karakter, zij hebben vrij kleine ketels. Door de keuze van G&M voor sherryvaten van hoge kwaliteit heeft deze Speymalt 2003 nog de typerende Macallan smaak.
