Le Opere - Prosecco 50cl

De Zanin Distilleria in Zugliano (Veneto) maakt al Grappa sinds 1895. Zanin begon al vroeg met Monovitigno Grappa, wat niets meer betekent dan dat de Grappa is gemaakt van één druivensoort. Na de persing van de druiven door de wijnmaker gaat de pulp richting de distilleerderij. De alcohol stoomt men uit de pulp en daar stookt men dan weer Grappa van. De witte Prosecco druif is vrij licht en makkelijk, wat prima is terug te herkennen in de Grappa. Frisse fruittonen met een klein pepertje. Belletjes zoals in Prosecco wijn zult u helaas niet aantreffen in deze Grappa.
