Jim Beam Pineapple is een gearomatiseerde bourbondrank op basis van Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey en ananaslikeur. De drank combineert de bekende bourbontonen van vanille, karamel en eikenhout met een zoete ananassmaak. Jim Beam gebruikt hiervoor zijn klassieke bourbon als basis, die volgens de Amerikaanse bourbonwet in nieuwe verkoolde eikenhouten vaten rijpt. Jim Beam Pineapple is bedoeld om puur met ijs te drinken of als mixdrank in cocktails en longdrinks. De producent adviseert combinaties met soda, ginger ale of ananassap. Door het lagere alcoholpercentage dan standaard bourbon heeft deze variant een zachter karakter. De drank valt binnen de categorie whisky likeur en flavoured whisky. Jim Beam behoort tot de oudste bourbonproducenten uit de Verenigde Staten. De distilleerderij werkt al meer dan 225 jaar vanuit Kentucky. De Pineapple-variant werd toegevoegd aan het assortiment als eerste nieuwe flavoured release van het merk in vier jaar tijd.
