Jajem Organic Jenever is het geesteskind van drie vrienden uit Amsterdam. Ze hebben alledrie een voorliefde voor de Nederlandse drinkcultuur, dus het was een kwestie van tijd voordat ze besloten om jenever te maken, de meest traditionele Nederlandse drank. Meesterdistillateur Pieter Verhoeven van Golden Arch was bereid om de vrienden te helpen. Samen maakten ze Jajem Organic Jenever met botanicals zoals hibiscus, citroengras, jeneverbes en vlierbloesem.
