Glenfiddich, 15 years 70cl

Het Glenfiddich Solera systeem is uniek onder de Scotch whiskystokers. Deze 15 jaar oude Single Malt komt uit 3 soorten vaten, Bourbon-, Sherryvaten en nieuw eiken, en is ‘getrouwd’ in een groot Soleravat, gemaakt van dennenhout uit Oregon. Het vat wordt altijd voor de helft vol gehouden, zodat de kwaliteit van de bijgevulde whisky constant blijft. Voordat deze wordt gebotteld, laat men deze prachtig uitgebalanceerde single malt in een kleine ‘Solera Tun’ bezinken.
