GlenAllachie, 12 years 70cl

Hoewel GlenAllachie al sinds 1967 bestaat, is het toch een van de jongere distilleerderijen uit de Schotse whiskyregio Speyside. Billy Walker, een whiskyveteraan met een torenhoge reputatie, nam in 2017 de distilleerderij over. Onder zijn bevlogen leiding krijgt de distilleerderij voor het eerste de aandacht die hij verdient. Met de 12 jaar oude GlenAllachie laat Billy Walker meteen zien wat deze distilleerderij in huis heeft. Het is een prachtige whisky met diepgang en complexiteit.
