Glen Moray produceert al meer dan een eeuw single malt whisky van hoge kwaliteit. De distilleerderij ligt aan de rand van Elgin, een kleine stad in het midden van de belangrijkste whiskyregio van Schotland. Glen Moray produceert zijn whisky in koperen distilleerketels en gebruikt alleen water, gerst en gist. De whisky rijpt daarna in vaten van Amerikaans eikenhout. De Glen Moray Chardonnay Cask Finish heeft een nieuwe intrigerende dimensie door een extra rijping op Chardonnay-vaten, wat een spannende mengeling van de smaken van witte wijn en malt whisky oplevert.
