Flying Dutchman - No. 3 70cl

De Nederlandse distilleerderij Zuidam koopt suikerriet molasse in het Caraïbisch gebied en stookt daarvan sinds 2011 in Nederland een Rum. Na een uitzonderlijk lange vergisting van 2 weken, met gist uit de Caraïben, volgt drievoudige distillatie in koperen Pot Stills. De Rum rijpt ruim 3 jaar op Amerikaanse nieuwe vaten van 200 liter. De Rum is heel zacht en mooi donker van kleur. Dit is de eerste echt in Nederland gemaakte Rum.
