Don Julio Blanco wordt gemaakt van de blauwe agave en volgens traditionele methoden gedistilleerd. Don Julio Blanco is tequila in zijn meest pure vorm en wordt vaak ook ‘silver’ tequila genoemd. Door de frisse smaken van agave en citrus is Don Julio Blanco het perfecte ingrediënt voor een verscheidenheid aan cocktails, waaronder natuurlijk een margarita. Don Julio was een van de eerste premium tequila’s. Al in 1942 maakte de toen 17-jarige Don Julio Gonzalez zijn eerste tequila. Hij koos voor kwaliteit over kwantiteit. Onder andere door deze beslissing is Don Julio nu de meest waardevolle tequila ter wereld.
