Dalwhinnie - Winter's Gold 70cl

Midden in de Schotse Highlands ligt de in 1897 geopende Dalwhinnie distilleerderij. Sinds de opening is er weinig veranderd; hun 15 jaar oude whisky is populair, zacht en toegankelijk. Sinds een paar jaar is er de Winter’s Gold, een leeftijdsloze whisky die is gestookt tijdens de koudste weken van het jaar. Men adviseert deze whisky in de diepvries te bewaren; de honing en heidetonen zouden dan tijdens het opwarmen van de whisky het beste tot hun recht komen.
