Crown Royal XR 75cl

XR, oftewel ‘Extra Rare’, is het vlaggenschip van Crown Royal uit Canada, in 1939 opgericht. De huidige productie vindt plaats in de Manitoba distilleerderij in Gimli. De eerste XR is gemaakt van de laatste voorraden uit de oude Waterloo distilleerderij die in 1992 sloot. De huidige XR is Whisky uit de tegenwoordig ook gesloten Lasalle distilleerderij in Montreal. Crown Royal gebruikt voornamelijk rogge voor hun Whisky en laat het rijpen op bourbonvaten.
