Deze extra vierge olijfolie uit Andalusië behoort al jaren tot de top van de wereld. U herkent zeker de geuren van groene appel, gras, tomaat en groene amandelen. De smaak is fruitig en u proeft zeker de rijpe groene olijven. In eerste instantie proeft de olijfolie iets zoetig, waarna dit overgaat in een licht bittertje en een peperige afdronk aan het einde. De smaak blijft op een prettige uitgebalanceerde wijze in de mond hangen.
