Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie 10 Years is een Islay single malt van 100% Schotse gerst, 10 jaar gerijpt in hoge, smalle koperen ketels. Dit levert een heldere, zuivere spirit op. De whisky is niet koud gefilterd en bevat geen kleurstoffen, waardoor smaak en structuur volledig behouden blijven. De huisstijl is herkenbaar: bloemig en fris, met in de geur gerst en citrus. De smaak is moutig met tonen van vanille, honing en rijp fruit en de afdronk is droog met een lichte zilte toets, passend bij de Atlantische ligging. Bruichladdich Distillery, opgericht in 1881 en heropend in 2001, werkt transparant: elke fles heeft een code waarmee herkomst en vatting te traceren zijn.
