Deze Bols korenwijn is 4 jaar gelagerd op Limousin eikenhouten vaten. Dit specifieke eikenhout komt uit de Franse streek Limousin en heeft kleinere poriën. Door de dichtheid van het hout van het vat geeft het vat veel minder vanillesmaak en -geur af aan het distillaat. Doordat het rijpingsproces hierdoor veel langzamer gaat, ontwikkelt de korenwijn in deze 4 jaar heel delicate aroma’s.
