1800 - Añejo 70cl

Anejo moet minimaal 1 jaar hebben gerijpt. Deze 1800 Anejo heeft echter ruim 14 maanden gerijpt. Het bijzondere van de 1800 is dat deze rijpt op kleine vaten van Frans Eikenhout. Hierdoor krijgt deze 100% Agave Tequila een zachte kruidige smaak met houttonen. De naam 1800 verwijst naar het jaar waarin Tequila zijn oorsprong zou hebben. Men oogst de Agave als hij is volgroeid; tussen de 8 en 12 jaar. De Agave wordt 2 dagen gestoomd, in stukken gehakt en vergist. Na 2 x distilleren in een koperen ketel mag het product Tequila heten.
