Etsu Gin 70cl
Produced on the Japanese island of Hokkaido, Etsu Gin is made at the Asahikawa Distillery. Botanicals include coriander, tea leaves, yuzu and green bitter orange peel. These botanicals macerate in neutral cane spirit for 24 hours before distillation in a copper pot still. Rather excellent in a Gin & Tonic!
