Cotswolds - Bourbon Cask is a powerful single malt whisky from the heart of England. It is matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks made from American oak, which gives it a full and pure expression. The whisky is non-chill filtered, natural in color, and bottled at cask strength, usually around 59% alcohol. This gives it character and depth without being overwhelming. Cotswolds Distillery is known for its artisanal approach and works exclusively with locally malted barley.
