I have entered an incorrect delivery address. What to do now?

If you have found out you gave us an incorrect shipping address right after receiveing the order confirmation, we are happy to adjust the address for you! Please fill in this form right away.

Please note! If your order has already been processed, we no longer have the possibility to adjust the wrong address for you.
The processing time of parcels varies per (busy) period. If the package is already processed by us, we can't change the address, is this case your package will be shipped and will come back to us. As soon as we have processed the return, we will refund your order amount. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this case, as we incurred these costs to deliver the package to you. Do you know at an early stage that your package will not arrive due to the entry of an incorrect address? Then we advise you to place a new order with a correct address, so that we do not lose time to deliver your package to you. If the parcel returns with the incorrect address, you will automatically be refunded by us.

My order arrived damaged. What to do now?

Our products are very well packaged and can take a beating! But unfortunately, something can always go wrong. Therefore, as soon as you receive your order, make sure to check the contents carefully for any damage. Is something wrong? Then take a picture of the shipping packaging with the address label and photograph the damage clearly! Rather take too many pictures than too few and mail us directly with all the info at support@tastingcollection.com. If you don't do this, we are not insured and cannot reimburse your damaged product! Do not return your product until we have given you instructions!

How soon after my order will the product be delivered?

Usually, we ship all orders placed before the indicated time on the website, the same business day. Because we use transport partners, who determine their own policies, we never promise that orders we ship will be delivered before a certain date. There are simply too many uncertainties in the transport process, such as (for orders from abroad) the customs check and delays, caused by the hustle and bustle of our transport partners.

What if my Tasting Collection arrives late?

I think there is something wrong with the shipping/delivery of my package! What to do now?

If you think the package is stuck a few days already, please fill in this Form. We will ask PostNL directly what is going on. Attention! If PostNL acknowledges that something may be wrong and they find an investigation necessary, we will not send a replacement package! After all, the package can still be delivered. If you do not want to wait for the results of this investigation (which can take up to 60 days) then it's better if you place a new order, which we will send you immediately. As soon as we have a conclusion on your package that was under investigation, we will notify you. Depending on the situation you will be fully compensated of course!

The track&trace of my order shows that the package has been delivered. But I did not receive anything. What to do now?

The parcel deliverers are very busy and want to use their time as efficiently as possible. Maybe you weren't at home for a while and the neighbors were? And did he forget to put the information card in your mailbox? Before you inform at us where your parcel is, please ask your neighbors if they have received your parcel for you. Doesn't anyone know? Please fill in this Form. and we will inform PostNL!

Can I return the products I ordered?

Yes, but you'll have to pay the costs for returning them in advance and the Tasting Collection still has to be in the seal, because of legal hygiene measures.

The Tasting Collection I ordered contains different varieties than I saw on the site when I ordered, what now?

We do our very best to match the composition of our different sets with what we show you in our webshop. However, it may happen that we have to change species/brand, because certain products are (temporarily) not available. We ask for your understanding. The presentation in our webshop may not be in line with the order process. Fortunately, this does not happen too often and in some cases it involves 1-2 tubes. We ask for your understanding...

I order from outside the Netherlands. What should I take into account?

Local taxes and levies that may have to be paid are your own responsibility. We ship your order within the requirements of the Dutch taxes and are not responsible for the payment or settlement of foreign taxes. Tasting Collection is not responsible for orders seized or forfeited due to failure to comply with additional customs requirements.

What is the content of the tube?

The content of the tube is 25 ml. The content of 1 tube is, depending on whether you taste 1 or more tubes at once, sufficient for 1 or 2 persons.

Do I get extra information about the content of the tasting?

Of course you will! A booklet is included in your Tasting Collection, in which you get more information about the product you're going to taste. So that you are more aware of the special features and the story behind the tasting products. This booklet is always in English and cannot be delivered in any other language. In which currency can I pay?

All prices are settled in Euro's. All prices are displayed in other currencies but, unlike prices in Euro, they are always for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual amount due to constantly changing exchange rates.

Are shipping costs included in the price?

Prices, as stated on the website, are (excluding Whisky Tasting Club in the Netherlands) exclusive of shipping costs, shipping costs vary greatly by country. By calculating the shipping costs after you have chosen your products, you give us the opportunity to calculate the lowest possible price on shipping costs for you.

At what age can I buy at Tasting Collection?

Anyone can buy a Tasting Collection. Only for the purchase of alcoholic tastings, you must be or have passed the minimum age of 18 or the minimum age for alcohol purchase of the country applicable when the order is delivered to you.

Is a product always in stock?

All products offered are subject to availability. Tasting Collection cannot guarantee the availability of the products. If a product is not in stock, we will inform you by email about the expected delivery time. If this is not within a reasonable period of time for you, we will refund your money.

Can I get an offer request before ordering?

Yes you can, but only for higher quantities of 50 pieces or more. Your order must be paid in full prior to handling and shipment. If you want to pay by invoice, please, fill in tis Form with the desired products. We will provide you with an invoice and a bank account to which you can transfer money. After receipt of your payment we will take your order into production. The delivery time depends on the number and size of orders paid for prior to yours. Of course we will do our utmost to process your order as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
