WhistlePig - Straight Rye, 15 Y
WhistlePig is one of the biggest success stories of the modern whiskey world. The brand has only been around since 2007, but American rye whiskey has won numerous prices nonetheless. The WhistlePig 15 Y – Vermont Estate Oak is one of their oldest whiskeys, but also the first to be finished in oak that was harvested on the distillery farm. Teeling - Single Grain, 13 Y
Ireland
Teeling - Single Grain, 13 Y
The skillful team at the Irish Teeling Distillery has finished a remarkable single grain whisky in red wine casks. Made with 95% corn and 5% malted barley, the whiskey first spent time in ex-bourbon casks before maturing an additional 4 years in ex-Bordeaux red wine casks. Single grain whiskey is traditionally more of a blank canvas, so the wine influence on this superb spirit is absolutely delightful.

Togouchi, 15 Y
Japan
Togouchi, 15 Y
A 15 year old blended whisky from the Togouchi range, produced by Chugoku Jozo in Japan. The company was founded in 1918 and is based in Akiota. They do not distil whisky themselves, but import the Malt Whisky from Scotland and the Grain Whisky from Canada. Blending and maturing takes place in Japan, which means it can be called Japanese whisky. The location for maturing the Whisky is a special one. An old, deserted train tunnel in the area turns out to be the ideal place to age whisky.
