Teeling was founded by Jack Teeling. After years of service to the Cooley distillery, he started for himself. First as an independent bottler, with the aim of distilling himself again. With this Single Malt, the first generation of Teeling whiskies is complete. Despite the 'No Age Statement', the oldest used whisky has matured for 23 years. 5 different types of wine casks have been used: Sherry, Madeira, Port, Bourgogne Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Redbreast Lustau is a collaboration between Bodegas Lustau, an historic sherry producer from Spain, and Midleton, the most prolific distillery in Ireland. It’s an Irish single pot still whiskey, meaning it is produced from both malted and unmalted barley. After triple distillation in copper pot stills it matured in casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau. The result is a finely sherried Redbreast. Vol de 46%. |
Noah's Mill is the masterpiece of the Small Batch Boutique Bourbon Collection of Kentucky Bourbon Distillers. This bourbon is composed of 4 different bourbons from Kentucky that all have a different Mash Bill, the ages of the barrels used vary from 4 to 15 years old. Because of this composition, Noah's Mill is a very complex Small Batch bourbon in which all the facets that a bourbon should comply with are well presented. Vol de 57.2%. |
Made at Distillerie Warenghem, Armorik was the first ever French single malt when it was released in 1998. To celebrate the 20th anniversary, the distillery introduced the Armorik Triagoz Lightly Peated in 2018, which was their first ever peated expression. This whisky is also a tribute to the Triagoz wild archipelago, just off the coast Côte de Granit Rose. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels, this French single malt was peated to an impressive 50ppm. Only 2,000 bottles were released. Vol de 46%. |
