This Rooibos tea blend is not fermented, so it is called 'green Rooibos'. This tea is therefore not a blend of Rooibos tea and Green tea. Green Rooibos tea has a softer taste than the fermented, brown-red Rooibos tea. By adding dried lemon and lemongrass, this tea gets a fresh taste, but still retains its softness.
