Ordering & Delivery

Ordering:

We sell products with and without alcohol. If you place an order containing alcohol, we ask you to state that you’re at or above the permitted age of ordering alcohol. For products not containing alcohol, this statement is not required.

Delivery:

Next day delivery in the Netherlands is available on most products if ordered before 4pm. The delivery time to other countries depends on the country.

If your country does not show on the list, we won’t (yet) be able to ship here. This may be caused by regulations and laws, as to exporting food and/or drinks to your country.

Depending on the ordered product and shipping address, shipping costs are included in the shown price or will be calculated automatically in your checkout.

If your order is likely to be delayed we will do our best to contact you, however, as we use external carriers to make our deliveries, we cannot offer an absolutely guaranteed service.

Depending on the ordered product, we ship with or without the requirement of a signature at delivery. If a signature is required, someone must be there to sign for the delivery, so if you aren´t going to be at home, we´re more than happy to deliver to a work address. Alternatively we can request the deliverer to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbor. Please note that parcels not signed for at the delivery address will not be insured against loss or damage. Simply pop a note into the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box in the checkout or give us a call after ordering to request this.
