What is the content of a tube?
The content of a tube is 25 ml. The content of 1 tube is sufficient for a good taste for 2 persons.
Do I get extra info on the content of the tasting tubes?
Of course! A booklet is included in your tasting Collection, giving you details about the product you are about to taste. So you will become more aware of the special features and story behind the tasting products. For more information on a product, we invite you to our website. Click on the product of your interest and more info will unfold.
In which currencies can be paid?
All prices are settled in Euros, dollars and Great Britain Pounds. All prices can be displayed in other currencies but, unlike the prices shown in Euro, they will always be for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual amount due to constantly changing rates.
Is the shipping included in the price?
Prices as shown on the website sometimes include shipping, but sometimes an extra fee is charged. The shipping charges vary greatly per product and country. By calculating the shipping costs after you order your products, you give us the opportunity to calculate you the lowest possible price on delivery costs.
At what age will I be able to buy at Tasting Collection?
Anyone can buy a Tasting Collection. Only for purchase of alcohol containing Tastings, you must have reached the minimum age of 18 and your minimum alcohol purchase age of entitlement applicable in the country where you want the order to be delivered.
How soon after my order, the product is shipped?
Tasting Collection sends your ordered items within 24 hours. If a product is not in stock, we will inform you within 24 hours by email about the time in which we can proceed to dispatch.
Is a product always in stock?
All products offered are subject to availability. Tasting Collection cannot guarantee the availability of products. If a product is not in stock, we will inform you by email about delivery. If, for you, this is not within a reasonable time, we will refund you your money.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes you can. However, your order is to be paid in full prior to shipping.
Do you want to pay by invoice, please send an email to email@example.com with the desired product. We will provide you with an invoice and a bank account, to which you can transfer. After receipt of your payment, we will send the product within 24 hours.
What if a Tasting Collection arrives damaged?
You must check all items carefully upon receipt of the products you ordered, and immediately warn Tasting Collection if it’s incorrect or incomplete. In case of receipt of damaged goods, you should immediately report this to Tasting Collection by e- mail. Please do not send back the goods, unless instructed by Tasting Collection! Store the goods until you receive further instructions from us.
I have not completed the delivery address, what now?
Tasting Collection unfortunately cannot accept any liability for delay or non- delivery due to a provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
If a package is returned to Tasting Collection as a result of incomplete or incorrect delivery address, then Tasting Collection reserves the right to charge the shipping fee to send the product again. If you do not want the goods to be reshipped, Tasting Collection pays the value of the returned goods to you minus the original shipping costs.
What if I receive my Tasting Collection late?
Tasting Collection cannot accept liability for products needed for a specific date which do not arrive within the required time, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In case of the product you ordered unexpectedly being out of stock, we will inform you within 24 hours, after which you can decide to cancel your order or wait until the item is back in stock.
I order from outside the Netherlands, which should I consider?
Local taxes and duties that must be paid / to be paid, are to your responsibility. Tasting Collection sends the product with Dutch tax and is not responsible for the payment or settlement of foreign taxes. Tasting Collection is not responsible for any orders that are seized or confiscated by the failure of any additional customs requirements.
Can I return the products I ordered?
Due to security- and health risks, we unfortunately cannot take back the provided products that were delivered to you correctly.
