Zabbia - Organic Limoncello

In spring 2011, Brandon, co-owner of Cook'Inn Catering in Amsterdam, discovers an old family recipe for Limoncello. Although not immediately convinced of the quality of the recipe, his interest in developing a Limoncello was raised. After a year of experiments, the launch of this Di Zabbia is a fact. A renewed family recipe with organic lemons from Italy, traditionally produced and Skal certified: all ingredients for the perfect Limoncello.
