Hine - Journey, 8 Y
Grande Champagne
Originally destined for travel retail, the Hine Journey 8 Y has found its way to us. This Grande Champagne Cognac has aged in cellars at the Hine estate in Jarnac, but Hine is also known for aging their vintage Cognac in cellars in Bristol. This house was founded in 1763 and subsequently came into the hand of Thomas Hine. Currently, Hine is run by the sixth generation and a dedicated team of thirty people.

Ragnaud Sabourin - Reserve Special
Grande Champagne
Perhaps the best Cognac house; Ragnaud Sabourin, located in the Grande Champagne since 1850. Together with her daughter Patricia, Annie Ragnaud runs this Domaine entirely according to the old family tradition. Without concessions, plenty of time is taken for all steps in the process of making Cognac. The Cognacs released are always of the same year, the age recognizable by the number on the bottle. This Reserve Spécial is 20 years old and has a very rich smell and taste.

Jean Fillioux - La Pouyade
Grande Champagne
Founded by Honoré Fillioux in 1880, in the heart of the Grande Champagne region. The Domaine measures 63 acres and is characterized by its very own style and is very popular with true Cognac lovers. For this Cognac, fourth generation Pascal and fifth generation Christophe are taking a long time to make an assembly of the right barrels, the youngest being 8 years old. The result is a surprisingly rich Grande Champagne Cognac with many aromas from marzipan to vanilla.

Hardy - Legend 1863
Petite Champagne
The Hardy cognac house was founded by an English cognac broker, Anthony Hardy, in 1863. Hardy – Legend 1863 is a tribute to the Hardy family, still going strong five generation later. This fine cognac is made from the cru's Petite Champagne and Borderies. Hardy – Legend 1863 is blended from eaux de vie between 2 and 12 years of age and has matured in Limouson oak barrels.

Rémy Martin - 1738
Cognac
In 1738, only 14 years after Rémy Martin first produced cognac, King Louis XV of France gave Rémy Martin a royal license to plant new vineyards. The license was a recognition of the craftsmanship of Rémy Martin. It is a milestone in the history of this cognac house, which it celebrated with the creation of Rémy Martin – 1738 Accord Royal. Aged in toasted oak barrels, this premier cognac embodies the traditions and values of Rémy Martin.

Chateau Montifaud - Michel Vallet, 15 Y
Petite Champagne
Michel Vallet is the 5th generation of the owners of Chateau Montifaud. Within the family, the tradition is that each new generation makes its own assembly of the best barrels from their cellars. Searching for balance between fruit and oak, Michel chose barrels of at least 15 years old with solely Petit Champagne Cognac. The Cognac has many fruity tones, but also clear influences of the French Limousin oak. Vanilla, dried plum and herbs are well recognized.

Meukow - XO
Assemblage
The story began with Auguste-Christophe and Gustav Meukow, 2 brothers from Silesia, who were sent to France in 1862 by czar Alexander II to buy Cognac. They never returned and started their own trading house in the west of the Cognac region. Meukow still buys high quality Cognac and bottles it in their characteristic bottles with panther. This XO assembly contains only Grande Champagne Cognac and is very soft, fruity with many deep aromas such as coffee, leather and tobacco.

Giboin - XO Royal
Borderie
The François Giboin Domaine is located in the Borderie, the smallest Cru of the Cognac area. Started in 1830, one still makes traditional Borderie Cognac here. The clay subsoil makes the Cognacs from this region a bit rustic and sturdier. The XO Royal is an assembly of various ages from the cellars of Giboin. The accent is Cognac from the seventies, mixed with slightly younger Cognacs. The XO has rich floral notes, leather, tobacco, nuts and dried fruit.

Château Montifaud - XO
Petite Champagne
Only 13 Cogac houses may bear the name 'Chateau'. Château Montifaud, originally located in the Petit Champagne, had been owned by the Vallet family since 1866 and, despite the fact that the chateau itself was bombed down in 1944, Montifaud, with 120 hectares of vineyards in the Petit Champagne and 5 in the Grande Champagne, is still entitled to use the term' Chateau'. Despite the legal minimum of 6 years, this XO is 30 years old and made from grapes from the Petit Champagne.

Davidoff - XO
Assemblage
Davidoff – XO is a finely crafted Cognac that has aged for at least 10 years in casks made from Limousin oak. It is produced for Davidoff, the well-known Swiss cigar company. The Cognac was previously produced by Hennessy, a famous, centuries-old Cognac house, but the rights of production were sold to Hine. Similarly famous, Hine was established in 1763 and is the only cognac producer in the world to have a UK Royal Warrant.

Frapin - VIP XO
Grande Champagne
Frapin – XO VIP is a blend enhanced with very old Cognacs from the cellars, which are located on the family estate in Grande Champagne. This region is heralded as the best Cognac appellation. The long ageing process gives Frapin – XO VIP a roundness and a complex bouquet. Still owned by the family, Frapin can trace their distilling background back to 1270.

Rémy Martin - XO
Cognac
In 1981, Cellar Master André Giraud created this ‘Cognac Fine Champagne’. A blend of eaux-de-vie exclusively coming from their best quality vineyards in the Grande and Petite Champagne. Offering an exceptional aging potential, resulting in a perfect balance between flowers and fruit. Rémy Martin XO won a Gold medal at the 2010 Spirits Business Cognac Masters (UK) and a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2014.
